We let and manage property across London, but our core territory covers the vibrant areas of North London surrounding our office. This brief guide tells you a little about our key areas.
Archway, stretching from Waterlow Park in the West, across to Crouch End in the East, and down as far as Tuffnell Park to the South is crammed with rental houses and, in particular, flats converted from its Victorian housing stock. Centred around the famous Archway roundabout, at the junctions of Archway Road, Holloway Road, Junction Road and Highgate Hill, the presence of Archway tube station makes the area particularly popular for young working people wanting to get in and out of town quickly and easily. It’s also predictably in demand amongst the large community of workers whose employment is linked in some way with the Whittington Hospital. We register a huge number of applicants looking for everything from flatshares and bedsits to large apartments able to accommodate a group of three or even four sharers, and can assure landlords with properties to let around Archway of a fast and very fair letting, as well as of trouble-free management.
Although we manage lettings and sales across North London, our office is located in Hornsey Rise. As a result, we are particularly expert in the flats and houses on the tree lined streets to the south of the Parkland Walk, and both West towards Archway Road, and Eastwards towards Crouch Hill mainland station. With a wide range of converted and purpose built bedsits and flats, as well as many fine family houses, Hornsey Rise is sometimes overlooked because of its proximity to better known neighbours like Crouch End, Archway and Manor House. This means it can offer buyers and tenants great value, while its fantastic rail, bus and underground connections mean we’re always able to secure quick lettings and good rents for landlords.
One of North London’s most popular residential villages, we manage and sell a high volume of houses and flats in all parts of Crouch End. This includes one, two and three bedroom flats and houses in the large, red brick villas on the Ferme Park Road and Mount View Road side of Crouch End, lovely family houses in the angle formed by Park Road and Tottenham Lane¬ and fantastic, purpose built flats in the blocks along Hornsey Lane. It’s Crouch End’s shopping, cafes and restaurants that make it so popular, along with its atmosphere of good natured and amiable creativity.
In some ways, Finsbury Park is the quintessential area in which to rent in North London. The Park itself is wedged in between Seven Sisters Road and Green Lanes to the East, Endymon Road to the North and the railway line into Kings Cross to the West. That means Finsbury Park overground and tube stations are at it’s Southern end, making this one of the best connected North London places to live. We manage a lot of flats in Finsbury Park, with everything from flatshares and bedsits, to smart, modern two and three bedroom properties on our books. If you own property in Finsbury Park, do give us a call. We’ve been managing letting in the area for so many years that our experience and knowledge can make the difference in getting a quick let with a good rent and quality tenant.
As you’d expect of leading North London Estate Agents, we let and sell a lot of flats, as well as family houses, in Holloway. This is principally the area either side of the Holloway Road, to the West of Arsenal’s Emirates Stadium on the one side, and going over towards Tuffnell Park on the other. Holloway has the true feel of thriving, urban North London. For landlords or tenants alike looking to let or rent bedsits or flats with anything up to four bedrooms, we’re in a great position to help. Not only do we know the Holloway area intimately, but we list new property here on an almost daily basis.¬ Holloway has a wide choice of apartments in both new, modern developments and converted from its excellent, terraced Victorian houses. And if you’re an investor (or private buyer) looking to acquire a house as either a home or for rental purposes, we have access to many off-market opportunities.
Stroud Green is the lovely residential area located to the West of Finsbury Park, around Stapleton Hall Road and Florence Road on the one side of Stroud Green Road, and Tollington Park and Hanley Road on the other. As agents in this part of North London we always have flats and bedsits in Stroud Green on our database. These include many flats and apartments converted from very sizeable mid and early Victorian villas, as well as from large, red brick Edwardian houses, and so frequently offer very light and spacious accommodation. If you’re looking for a letting agent in Stroud Green, we have huge experience in tenanting and managing within the area, and would be delighted to discuss your requirements with you.
Tufnell Park lies to the South of Archway, in the angle formed by Holloway Road and Junction Road. It is more or less bordered to the South by Brecknock Road and Camden Road. The area has a wealth of converted Victorian houses creating flats and bedsits of all sizes. In addition, a great deal of development in the last few years has brought many bright, architect designed modern flats onto the rental market. As estate agents in this part of North London, we both let and sell both flats and houses in Tufnell Park on a regular basis, and provide both applicants and landlords with helpful attention to their needs.
Steeped in history, Highgate is one of North London's most romantic and desirable neigbourhoods. An important thoroughfare on the post route north from London, this was where the legendary highwayman, Dick Turpin, held sway.
The area takes its name from Highgate Village, which sits at the top of Highgate Hill, with the fabled Highgate Cemetery and the prestigious Highgate private school each just a short walk from a vibrant array of shop sand restaurants.
We deal mainly with the east sid eof Highgate, and in particular with the area between Highgate Hill and Archway Road.
