Letting & Rent Collection Service

Part Management Service
In addition to providing the services listed under our Lettings Only Service, we will undertake to:

Make arrangements for the demand of the monthly rent due in respect of the property.
Upon receipt, pay the same over to you by BACS payment or cheque to your nominated Bank/Building Society account.
Prepare monthly statements forwarded to yourselves and copies to your accountant if so requested.

Full Management Service
In addition to the Letting Only Service and Rent Collection Service, we will also arrange and co ordinate the tenant's occupation and vacation of the premises.
We will conduct property visits on a regular basis whilst the tenant(s) are in occupation and report any problems to you.
Arrange for appropriate tradesmen to effect necessary repairs and decoration to a maximum cost of £300.00 for all repairs unless agreed otherwise. In excess of this amount, we will obtain your approval first except in cases of emergency.
