Your property is leased to Ariston Property Group, who in effect becomes your tenant. We take full responsibility in paying your rent and dealing with the sub tenants. The leasing service is normally for a term of 3 years and the rent is agreed at the outset net of commission and guaranteed by ourselves irrespective whether the property is occupied or not. The obligations of the landlord and tenants are set out in the clauses embodied within the lease document. Over the years we have established excellent connections and partnership agreements with local authorities, and housing associations. We are fully conversant with the different renting and leasing schemes promoted by the North London boroughs. We can therefore advice you on the best scheme suitable for your needs.
